Our Teachers
We have both native speakers and Russian English teachers in our team. What brings them together is their ability to work in a team, their creativity, their profound knowledge of the subject, their high level of professionalism and their interest in making the educational process as interesting and effective as possible. And most importantly of all – they all love their work!Our trainers have created their own, individual methods of teaching, as well as tailor-made courses of English and Russian as a foreign language. With a creative approach, a profound knowledge of the subject, originality of thinking and a love for their students, our teachers have attained exceptional results thanks to which during their lessons the difficult becomes easy, knowledge turned into a set system where language barriers are broken down.
All our trainers are native speakers from Great Britain and the United States and hold English teaching diplomas and certificates and have work experience of more than two years. Many of our teachers studied Russian at university at home, speak Russian well and know Russian culture well.

Is it easy to learn a language? It depends on what you mean by the verb “to learn”. If you want just to pick up some words, some grammar and start talking – then you’ll need only a few lessons and then you may get started! But what will you be able to do? Almost nothing. Learning any language requires much effort, believe me ( I can speak Spanish, Italian and Greek besides English) but the first thing is your desire! English proverb says “ When there is a wish, there is a will”. So, make sure you really want to master the language, then just do it. Don’t forget about having fun – studying is so interesting and jolly. |

Родилась и проживаю в Москве. О профессии преподавателя мечтала с детства. Много лет проработала в ассоциированной школе ЮНЕСКО с преподавателями из Саутгемптона и Бостона. Несколько раз была в Англии.
В компаниях работаю с 1995 г.: Торгово-Промышленная Палата, Экспо-Центр на Красной Пресне, ТНК-ВР, Лукойл и некоторые другие. В основном работала с руководителями: директор завода «Трансмаш», зам. главного санитарного врача Москвы, и т.д. В «Лингвобизнесе» работаю 3,5 года в таких компаниях, как ING Bank, Novartis, Schering-Plough, Deutsche Bank, Атомтехэнерго, Glаverbel, HP. Hello! My name is Adrian Carnegie and I am a teacher at Linguabusiness. I have been a member of the training team for more than five years now and in that time I have had the pleasure of teaching students in many companies who were in need of improving or brushing up on their business and general English skills. As a native speaker I often have classes with students of a high level of English, however my solid knowledge of Russian allows me to sometimes challenge the students on areas of the language which, at first, the students seem to understand well but with further investigation require additional instruction. This is the beauty of comprehending them in their own language as it enables both the student and teacher to eliminate any areas of misunderstanding and confusion in a quick and effective manner. I spend a lot of the class time testing the students on their ability to give full and descriptive answers to the questions which I pose to them and I keep a complete record of any errors made on their behalf in a journal where I make note of any new vocabulary and grammar topics. Teaching is not just about the ability to educate but also about the necessity to improve the students’ confidence in using a foreign language and making them feel that it is indeed a friend, and not a foe. This is perhaps why I have made it my own personal goal to see that each student, irrespective of his or her level, understand that learning English is not about struggle and excessive hard work but a pleasurable journey to achieving a greater sense of self-worth. After all, feeling good about yourself reflects highly in the way you work, communicate with others and see yourself progressing in the future. Of course, not everyone is a born linguist – and I can vouch as being one of those people, however with the right teaching methods any student can deliver the goods and then some. It’s all about the desire to learn and the rapport which the teacher and student build between one another. |  |

“Find a job you like and you will never have to work a day in your life”. I decided to be a teacher when I was about 5 and have been practicing since that time (with my younger sister). Having graduated from the university (faculty of foreign languages), I found a job I had been dreaming about all my life. I work with experienced colleagues who are real experts in teaching, with competent managers who can provide you with any course convenient especially for you. In Linguabusiness company I understood how it is to be a part of something considerable and significant. At my work I enjoy, most of all, teaching business English on higher levels, i.e. upper-intermediate and advanced. I prefer modern communicative techniques, which break the language barrier and allow students to show their worth. All my students are very important to me, and I try to make them progress at every lesson. |

Преснякова Екатерина С моей точки зрения, ценность знаний определяется прежде всего возможностью их практического применения. Исходя из этого, я стараюсь планировать каждый урок так, чтобы студент вынес из него определенные практические навыки. Стремясь всегда оставаться в гуще событий, я специализируюсь в преподавании бизнес-английского, в частности, финансового и юридического, – по-моему, это те области, где в наши дни происходит все самое интересное.
Язык все время развивается, а деловой язык – в особенности. Следуя принципу «практика – основа познания», я работаю устным и письменным переводчиком, сотрудничая с компаниями – лидерами рынка, чтобы быть в курсе всех изменений делового английского и донести их до студентов. |  |

Я родилась в семье художника. С детства меня окружал таинственный мир красок, форм и способы их выражения. Наверняка это повлияло на выбор моей профессии. Свои первые педагогические шаги я сделала в Пензенском художественном училище им. К.А. Савицкого. Мне всегда хотелось самой испытать радость от того, что я дарю знания, помочь моим ученикам ощутить тот необъятный мир, который раскрывается перед ними при изучении иностранного языка. О языке: Мне было 6 лет когда я пришла на урок к замечательному педагогу по иностранному языку. Это была настоящая сказка. Реализм и красочность, актуальность и философия, понятная даже ребенку... Именно тогда, вероятно, я и поняла, что иностранный язык открывает перед тобой новый мир. Мертвое зазубривание ничего не даст. Ассоциации, желание воплотить мысль в форму являются двигателями изучения иностранного языка. О педагогической профессии: Я работаю преподавателем французского и английского языков около 7 лет. Моими учениками были и дети от трех до 10, и подростки, и взрослые степенные люди со сформировавшейся личностью. Среди них были и руководители, и художники, и страховые агенты, и работники технических служб, и банковские служащие… На данный момент я занимаюсь диссертационным исследованием о влиянии изучения иностранного языка на формирование различных мировоззренческих установок и аспектов.
